The Green Belt Invitational
The Green Belt Invitational at Olveston Historic Home
This coming spring, over the months of September and October, Olveston will be hosting a specially curated exhibition.
20 years on from my first Dunedin solo exhibition I’m inviting over 20 local and nationally-based artists to respond to Dunedin’s town-belt, the same subject that inspired that inaugural show.
With an opening night party, there could not be a more appropriate venue to explore what will be a diverse and varied creative investigation of our civic conservation heritage. Expect a performance or two on the night, with top-notch refreshments to accompany this inclusive exhibition. I’m also partnering with City Sanctuary to facilitate a donation for their vital pest control work in and around our city.
Numbers are strictly limited to the opening event on Friday the 5th of September, with tickets now all sold out.
The show will also be free to view over the 2-month period, during normal business hours.
Please add this exhibition to your calendar. It will be a must-see.
